Best winter tires or bad weather tires I have ever bought. I live in Northwest Ohio and it gets pretty bad sometimes but these handled great and lasted quite a while.
Great winter tire! Works well in snow and rain. would recommend.
I gave this rating because I just got these tires put on the car and one of them already have the threads showing.
These winter tires made the difference between going or not going thru the snow. I went everywhere in a front wheel drive only CRV.
This is my 3rd set of BLIZZAKs (2X WS70, 1X WS80) They are much more stable in snow and ice than the OEM all season tires are. Cornering ability is greatly reduced. Stopping distance however is only marginally better. (That's just physics) I run them all year round and they last slightly longer than the OEM spec tire and are slightly cheaper. I rotate them frequently, (free at most reputable tire shops) keep the suspension aligned and replace the shocks every 90K miles. So I have no wear problems. Also lower tire pressure than the manufacturer calls out too. They are a little bit noisy. But so were the Michelins that came on the car. I'm buying a 2013 X3 and am planning on replacing the run-flats (and rims) with a set of these.
I wouldn't use any other tire in the snow. These things are like glue. Highly recommend.
These tires have been great in the snow and slush. I highly recommend these tires!
